Hi there, Welcome to the UMH Academy!

Please complete the registration form below to apply for the program

Program consists of 22 Wednesdays starting at the end of September and running until Spring break.

Approximate start time is 8 AM and pick up is always at noon.

Programming is always centered around 90 minutes of ice hockey, combined with various other sports.

In 23/24 we participated in:

Rugby

Football

Basketball

Climbing

Volleyball

Aquatics

Handball

Lacrosse

Sports and activities may vary year to year, but I always try to bring in coaches specific to the sport.

To be clear, players do not pick and choose segments to participate in based on "like". That is contrary to the philosophy of the program. Exposure to multiple movements, rules and concepts is the goal.

Transportation - there are program segments that require player transportation from Priest Valley to another location. *

My player will require a ride from the arena to the activity.

I am available to drive and can transport other players as well.

Please understand that if your child is accepted, you are committing to the full program of 22 sessions.

You can not pick and choose what segments to attend.

Absenteeism for any reason (school, sickness, etc.) is permitted, but refunds are not provided.

Academy Days are anticipated to be at $90 + GST per day for the 2024/25 season.

Scholarship Opportunities

We don't want kids not participating due to financial strain. If the cost of the program is prohibitive, please select the appropriate option below. Up My Hockey is prepared to subsidize tuition and work with families who need the support.

To be clear, there is immense value at the current price. A lot goes into program design, planning and execution. However, it is important to Up My Hockey that we keep strong development options available for all.
