Thank you for being part of our Fall Festival this year and for your commitment to help us raise funds!  

Please fill out the following form indicating your intent to host a booth at our Fall Festival this year.  Registration for our vendors takes place on a first come first served basis and we require this form and payment be submitted to complete the registration process.

Booth spaces are 10x10 spaces and the fee is $60 per space.
Table rentals for 8 foot tables are $15 per table. Two tables max available.  Each table comes with one folding chair (limited number available)
Electricity in Pavilion is a $10 flat fee (limited availability)
