San Joaquin HF Net Picnic Survey
Last year we were unable to meet at Roeding Park in Fresno. The City of Fresno is not currently accepting reservations.  Larry AD6W has checked into the possibility of meeting in Kingsburg on May 1, 2021. Kingsburg is right off Highway 99 and about 20 miles south of Roeding Park.

Two parks are available. Memorial Park is larger and has reserved covered picnic areas with tables, BBQ facilities, water, a horseshoe pit game area, restrooms, play area for kids. Parallel parking on the street is suitable for RV parking along two sides. Other events could be going on simultaneously.

Central Park has an open picnic area with restrooms and play area for kids, but no BBQ facilities and no RV parking. Larry said he could arrange for RV parking a block away. This is a smaller park and only hosts one event at a time.

Both parks are near the restored 1875 Historic Kingsburg SP Railroad Depot of which Larry is President! He is up to offering brief tours if anyone is interested.

Both downtown parks are near a clean and quaint main street with lots of restaurants, a very cute old time ice cream parlor, etc. The parks are three blocks apart and both are nice.

We thought we would do a little survey to check interest. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey.
