This form is how you claim victory and MUST be filled out.

Please include 2 pieces of artwork you'd like us to purchase on your behalf.

Art Selection Criteria:

1. Artwork must not cost more than 0.15 ETH
2. Artwork must be on Polygon or Ethereum blockchains.
3. Artwork must be for sale (buy now), auctions do not qualify.
4. Artwork must be an original piece of work by an independent artist.
5. Acceptable marketplaces: OpenSea, Foundation, Known Origin, Sloika.

If there are more than 7 valid claims, we will use a random name picker to decide the winners. The more rare your matching MojoHead is, the better your chances of winning. Winners will have the artwork dropped to the same wallet as the winning MojoHead (to prevent scammers).
