i-Ready End of the Year (EOY) Diagnostic Testing Link for K-5 Launched@Home Students
As part of the end of year progress monitoring system, your student will participate in the i-Reading EOY (End of the Year) Diagnostic for Reading and Math . We would like to invite your child to test on our campus. The i-Ready EOY Diagnostic is designed to take approximately 45 minutes per subject area, reading and math, to administer.
Our school will have administration opportunities for you to bring your child to take the test if they have not done so already. Our available make up testing days are: April 26, 27, & 28 (8:30-11:30am)
Our school will follow the COVID-19 Health and Safety Procedures during the visit, and we recommend limiting visits to campus as a LaunchED@Home student. Our goal is that all progress monitoring assessments be taken in one day, or in as few days as possible.
Please select one, or if you feel more comfortable, two days in which your student can be present on campus, however we highly suggest that your bring your child two of the days to take the assessment. It is very important that families respond to this request no later than April 23 to assist our team in developing a schedule that meets the needs of our OCPS LaunchED@Home students. The last day to take this assessment is Friday, April 30.
Students will be required to arrive on campus between 8:30-9:00am to begin their assessments. For students who will be on campus the whole day, lunch will be provided. Students may leave campus as soon as they complete their exams.
Please note: Your student will be required to bring their fully charged OCPS device on the day they visit campus.
As a reminder, students should stay home if sick, someone in the home is sick, or if he/she has recently had close contact with a person with COVID-19.
If you have any questions related to this test administration, you may contact Ms. Elizabeth Santiago at 407-354-2630.
Thank you for supporting your student and encouraging them to do their best.
