Please use this form to register for any workshops you wish to attend on Tuesday 22nd October.  The registrations lists will allow us to allocate workshops to appropriately sized rooms and will allow the workshop leaders to contact you ahead of time if there are any pre-event materials or instructions.  Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis though we may seek to limit multiple registrations from the same institution in a workshop if space becomes tight.
