Please complete this form if your player is interested in trying out for a ECNL, Pre-ECNL, Elite I, or Elite II Team. Players must be born in the births years 2016-2005.

ALL players, internal and external, interested in trying out for a Level I or Level II Team must fill out this form.

Players currently participating in Mustang should attend BOTH the internal and external tryout dates.

To be considered for financial aid for the 23/24 Season, please ensure you fill out the application and submit the required forms by the deadline of May 15th.
