Automation Designer migration request
On November 16th 2022, Automation Designer, the newest version of Designer, will be automatically installed on all customer accounts. This is a no-code tool for business process design, which enables frontline teams to design automations for tools like Talkdesk Virtual Agent and Feedback.

Your existing flows will not change or be deleted during this process, but new flows can be edited in Automation Designer. On March 1st 2023, Legacy Designer will become ‘Read Only’, which means your flows with remain active, but not be editable unless they have been migrated to Automation Designer.
