This upgrade gives participants additional coaching support; an inside look at training including on-line accountability (through Training Peaks) coaches training notes/tips. Participants will also have an opportunity to take a small-group Running Form Feedback class and/or a one-on-one coaching phone consultation. Limited spots (additional fee: $69 or $129 for BQ Marathon) If there are spots available you will be contacted through email with instructions on how to pay etc. (be sure to check your spam)
