Request for Regents Transcript Exemption
Dear Parents,

For any students who took the English, Living Environment, Algebra I, and/or Earth Science Regents, parents may request a transcript exemption. If you request an exemption, your child's transcript will have an "E" for that Regents score in lieu of their numerical grade. For any students who score below 65, the "E" will be posted automatically. However, if the grade is above 65 and you wish it to be replaced by an "E", please complete and submit this form.

All Regents scores count for 10% of students' final grades regardless of whether you request a transcript exemption.
