MFPL Kids and Teens Summer Reading Registration Form
Thank you for registering your kids for Mammen Family Public Library's 2020 Summer Reading Program: Imagine Your Story! All children ages 0-18 are eligible to participate -- you don't have to live in Bulverde or even have a library card! Please register if you would like a t-shirt and/or plan on participating in our Reading Challenge. You do not have to register in order to participate in our online programs or to pick up weekly packets. You can register on-site (at the library) beginning Saturday, June 13.

ALL participants (pre-registered and on-site registrants) can pick up their t-shirts (for kids and teens) and reading logs (for kids) at the library.

**IF YOU CANNOT GET TO THE LIBRARY TO PICK UP YOUR SUPPLIES, SHIRTS, etc., please let us know and we will find a way to get them to you** email montana@mfplibrary.org AND/OR jeannette@mfplibrary.org
