Vendors Must Obey the Rules:

1) Set up their space following the floor plan (all spots will be laid out with "spike spray") and a sign for each vendor
2) Vendors shall bring their own tables, tents, displays, linens and other materials for promotion (Tables available for rent)
3) Vendors will be required to be set up before the doors open to the public, and will be required to bring their items in safely.
4) Vendors are permitted to make cash and carry sales, and are encouraged to keep track of their own funds.
5)Vendors are not permitted Sell, give away or donate items that are considered illegal in the city of Chatham-Kent, province of Ontario, or under the Federal Law of Canada.
6) Vendors are asked to refrain from any offensive advertisements which may include (but not limited to) racial slurs, sexual content, prejudice or slander.
7) Vendors are asked to conduct their business with respect and dignity. Vendors are permitted the consumption of alcoholic beverages during the event, however we would ask that you avoid intoxication, this is a family based event.
8) All items sold are believed to be in good working order, and if there is damage to the item, the customer is to be fully aware of said damage. This protects not only the seller, but other vendors, the client and the organizers.
9) Vendors may ONLY set up from 8am to 10am, and all vehicles must be moved off site and can NOT return until after the show
