The Student Symptom Checker was developed to help students and families identify and respond to symptoms that may indicate infection with COVID-19.
COVID-19 is an infectious respiratory disease that spreads through airborne droplets. Screening and next steps
were developed by PA DOH and closely follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health authorities. The tool is not a substitute for medical advice and should be used by
parents and guardians to determine if it is safe for their children to attend school in person.
This tool is for informational purposes only and no personal information will be collected.
