It is our continuous goal to ensure that any player in our club who wants to find a roster to play on has that opportunity with WHSC. We continue to scale playing opportunities across all levels of play.
Our club regularly fields all-gender, small-sided rosters throughout the year, as well as an additional 7v7 women's/non-binary roster. These opportunities are more focused on social play and building friendships and community through the game of soccer. For info on each of the available opportunities, please read below. We will register teams/roster based on interest.
Social Playing Opportunities for Spring 24':
- Zog Sports, All-Gender (1 roster)
- Sun Afternoon/Evening (1-9PM), Santa Monica (starts 3/24)
- Games alternate between Tue or Thu each week (7-10PM), Hollywood (starts 4/9)
- LA Sportsnet, All-Gender, 8v8 (2-3 rosters)
- Wed Nights (7-10PM), Hollywood (starts 3/20)
- Thur Nights (7-10PM), Hollywood (TBD, currently active roster that we will be looking to back fill open spots for)
- Pasadena League, Women's/Non-Binary, 7v7 (1 roster)
- Sun Mornings (8AM-11AM), Pasadena (starts again in May)
Rosters/leagues start up all the time. If you are interested in filling one of these roster spots, please fill in the form below by Wednesday, March 13th and our Director of Recreational (Ken Sanchez) and/or team captains for these rosters will be in touch shortly!
To play on one of these rosters, players must pay yearly club dues ($50 for 2024) and league fees (~$75-100 depending on league and roster size). The club also offers scholarships for players who might need financial support. Click here to learn more - https://www.wehosc.org/scholarships
