Thank you for your interest in the SciComm Consulting service!

The SciComm Consulting program was developed by STEM Fellowship to offer science communication consulting services tailored to students' needs on the following tasks: manuscript writing, preparing and presenting research presentations, and constructing CV's and personal statements. We offer free one-on-one meeting with consultants through Google Meet and consultees may request as many consulting sessions as needed. These consulting sessions are free of charge for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Please note that the manuscript and presentation services are designed for students who have already completed work towards a project.

If you are interested in participating in the program, please complete the following form so that we can match you to a suitable consultant. After you have filled out this form, a Consulting team member will reach out to you within a week.

Please note that these consulting sessions are meant to facilitate mentor/mentee relationships with expert consultants, and a maximum of 2 consultees (e.g., co-authors) are welcome to join a session with a single consultant.

*Interested consultees are expected to attend scheduled consulting sessions on time or notify Consulting team members at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend sessions via email. If consultees do not inform the Consulting team, they will not be able to access the Consulting services afterwards.
