Your self-nominations will be reviewed and volunteer positions will be assigned by the FIS Chairs.  You will be notified via email of your assignment(s) with the exception of hourly (1 share per hour) positions.  Please note that some positions have already been filled through prior nomination or as the continuation of a two-year commitment.  The Quick Facts table in the FIS Catalog shows which positions are filled and those positions with a reduction of FIS shares.  Please complete form even if OPCYP/VIRTUS compliance has not yet been completed.
