AAFCS Board of Directors 2021 Election:    Applicant  Nominations/Referrals
The AAFCS Nominating Committee is looking for AAFCS Board candidates who:

• Are "Big Picture Thinkers" with a 3- to 5-year horizon on their mind
• Have demonstrated leadership abilities at the strategic level
• Know the difference between governing and managing
• Can show that they have the interests of the entire organization in mind rather than a specific content area, practice setting or constituency group

1.)  Nominate others - If you know someone you believe fits the criteria and would like them to be sent application information.  Your name will be kept confidential when the referral receives the opportunity to submit an application.
2.)  Self nominate - You can also self-nominate to express your interest in being considered.  Upon completion of the nomination survey, you will receive an application.
