2019 YCC MUFABOT and WI Ultimate Combine Form
This is the official signup sheet for the 2019 Madison YCC teams to represent Wisconsin at the Youth Club Championships in Blaine, MN on August 3rd-5th. All three dates will include both single-gender and mixed-gender opportunities, and attendance at any of the combines will allow you to be considered for any team you are interested in. However, if you are only interested in single-gender play, the first half of the combine on Sunday, May 19th will have activities that are all single-gender (9am-11am).

Combine Dates:
Friday 5/17/19 from 6pm-9pm at Demetral Fields 1 and 2
Sunday 5/19/19 from 9am-1pm at Olin Park
Saturday 6/1/19 from 9am-12pm at Breese Stevens Field
