The MiOTA Conference Committee is offering an opportunity for 4 students to serve as student ambassadors for this year’s Annual Fall Conference, scheduled for September 30 - October 2, 2021. The conference will be held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo. This year's conference is being planned as a hybrid which will entail both face-to-face and virtual sessions.
Responsibilities include:
1) Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
2) Proctor virtual meeting
3) Introduce speaker
4) Record session
5) Manage chat boxes
6) Remind participants to complete post session survey to receive certificate of attendance
7) Attend orientation meeting on Thursday, 9/30/21, at 6:00 p.m.
Requirements:
1) You must be a member in good standing of MiOTA at the time you submit your application.
2) Submit online application by Thursday, April 15, 2021.
3) Submit a letter of recommendation from a college faculty member or program director to
office@miota.org.
4) Attend orientation meeting on Thursday, 9/30/21, at 6:00 p.m.
