Data Collected will be used to create Official MSU Gen. Santos domain email. Format will be username/password: <firstname><dot><lastname>@msugensan.edu.ph/<firstname><lastname>GOLMS. Eg. jose.magtibay@msugensan.edu.ph/josemagtibayGOLMS. Suffixes (Jr., Sr., III etc) are not allowed. Please write Ñ as N or n. Also avoid space names (You can edit it later). Your MSU-Gen. Santos domain email is also your user name in the Learning Management System (Moodle). Authentication is also via Google (click on the Google icon in the LMS).
