RUNWAY REVIEW a christianMICHEAL fashion experience volunteer application
This form, which serves as an authorization, release, and agreement, is the official application for all volunteers interested in participating with RUNWAY REVIEW a christianMICHEAL fashion experience on Saturday November 11, 2023 at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium.  Volunteers must be 18 years old or older and must submit this form to the RUNWAY REVIEW organizers by November 1, 2023  

All applications will be considered, and you will be notified by email to verify if you are accepted to volunteer for the event. Volunteers will be notified by email to verify they were accepted to volunteer for the event.  Volunteer teams will be responsible for all execution of all aspects of the event day of.  By submitting this form you agree to join our volunteers teams being led by team managers. You agree to work and arrive at designated team call times day of event. You agree your services will be provided pro-bono and without compensation. ALL volunteers who work with our team at the event will be provided 1 FREE ticket to stay AFTER ALL WORK IS DONE and watch the show and enjoy the event. By volunteering, you agree to abide by the rules of the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium: (1) No glass containers or plastic (cups, straws, etc.) are allowed and if brought will be confiscated and disposed of by team managers.  (2) Do not wear or bring anything that has glitter, feathers, or that will otherwise flake, peel, or fall off. By volunteering, you agree to professionally represent Runway Review. You agree to perform all task asked of you (that you are physically capable of) by Runway Review staff in your role as a volunteer. All tasks asked of volunteers are listed below.

Volunteers work hours: Saturday, November 11 - 3pm - 11pm
  • Runway layout & room seating moved into place, set up, & numbered. (ALL VOLUNTEERS)
  • Seating ushers, help patrons find seat location & manage the flow of the room.
  • Sponsor engagement & ushering of them, with entourage to their designated suites.
  • Production assistance & gopher running for staff & managers.
  • Hair & Make Up model rotation management & execution.
  • Designer assistance & gopher running.
  • Clean up & venue appearance management.
  • Additional not listed tasks, be flexible and open to help where needed.

I agree not to take or post any pictures of the 2023 Runway Review event without prior authorization from Runway Review or christianMICHEAL or unless I am issued a MEDIA PASS (by applying for one using the separate MEDIA PASS form).

For the 2023 Runway Review events: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium, Runway Review, christianMICHEAL, and all related officers, directors, employees, agents, organizers, board members, and volunteers, from any and all claims of any kind, including but not limited to damages and liabilities for any injuries caused by me, or to me unless caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium or Runway Review.  I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  Please type your name as your electronic signature to confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this form.
