The Guest Groups Manager oversees the entire process of recruiting, contracting, and executing guest group retreats and conferences at Calvin Crest. He or she ensures each guest group leader is equipped with everything needed, acting as a liaison between the registration office and other departments serving guests. He or she will lead Calvin Crest in developing a hospitable culture characterized by servanthood and kindness. He or she will oversee Guest Group financials, ensuring current policies and procedures are profitable and sustainable for Calvin Crest.
