This weekly group will alternate between meeting online and in person outdoors as follows:
• DATES for Outdoors in person sessions (6:00-7:00PM): Monday June 19th, Tuesday July 4th, Mondays on July 17th, July 31st, August 14th, August 28th
• DATES for Online sessions (6:00-7:00PM): Mondays on June 26th, July 10th, July 24th, Tuesday August 8th, Monday August 21st
Note: we’re meeting weekly on Mondays, except on weeks with a holiday Monday, when we will move the circle to Tuesday
Explore reflective and journaling practices to support awareness in daily life, mindfulness practice, creative expression, and reflection on topics from the group survey such as:
• Who Am I? How can I live authentically?
• Non-violent communication
• Nature appreciation and hikes
• Self-compassion and Self-love
• How to practice self-care
• Importance of connection
• Not comparing self to others
• Why do we seek external love and validation?
• Nature hikes
• Growing in patience
• finding ways to do the things that you want to do despite having fear about them
• Dealing with negativity
• How to recover from burnout
• Other topics that the group is interested in
This weekly group will explore activities from all the circles: Body Mind Spirit, Mindfulness, Live Awake, and Cozy Reading.
A safe space for connecting with other students and awakening to your authentic life. We create an atmosphere of respect, and confidentiality. You may speak or simply be present through listening. You are welcome to attend any week!
