1. DEADLINE for all applications is November 9th.
2. Application fees are non-refundable.
3. There is a $25 vendor fee per booth rental
4. Space is allocated by Holly Days volunteers. Location requests can not be guaranteed.
5. Vendor set-up time will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on the day of the fair. Vendors are responsible for their own display, set up, and removal.
6. No suggestive or vulgar products, please.
7. The submission of this application means you will comply with the guidelines and regulations included in this form.
8. Tables are not provided.
