ESSD Holly Days Vendor Application

We are excited to invite you to participate in the ESSD Holly Days Holiday Fair on November 21, 2023. This fair will take place at the high school in Excelsior Springs. 


Holly Days Hours:

12 to 2 PM - Vendor Set Up

2 to 3 PM - Teachers and Staff Only

3 to 7 PM - Entire Community is invited

Please complete the application below to sell at the Second Annual ESSD Holly Days Holiday Fair. Over 300 Teachers and staff members, along with their family and friends, will be shopping. This event was a big hit last year and we couldn't be more excited to bring this fun event to our teachers. Electrical Outlets are EXTREMELY limited and are not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly. 


Each Vendor will be charged a $25 fee per booth rental. This fee will be used to create gift baskets for teachers to win throughout the event. This event will be held in a school, so please no vulgar or inappropriate items. Make checks payable to Excelsior Springs School District. Please mail the check to ESSD, Attention Christen Everett at (300 W Broadway, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024)

Vendor Guidelines: 
1. DEADLINE for all applications is November 9th.
2. Application fees are non-refundable.
3. There is a $25 vendor fee per booth rental
4. Space is allocated by Holly Days volunteers. Location requests can not be guaranteed. 
5. Vendor set-up time  will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on the day of the fair. Vendors are responsible for their own display, set up, and removal. 
6. No suggestive or vulgar products, please. 
7. The submission of this application means you will comply with the guidelines and regulations included in this form. 
8. Tables are not provided. 
9. Photos of products are welcome to promote your products! Please send to ceverett@ga.essd40.com
