The Black Leaders Advocating for Change and Community (BLACC) Employee Resource Group
The MSHS Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) encourages the formation of employee resource groups (ERGs) to create an atmosphere where all employees, faculty, and students feel they belong! Through ideas and innovations from our ERGs, we are best able to inspire an inclusive environment and identify ways to best care for our diverse populations.

The Black Leaders Advocating for Change and Community (BLACC) ERG supports and encourages the professional growth, development and advancement of Black/African American employees through educational opportunities and networking activities. The group also provides a forum through which employees may address disparities which exist and affect the Black/African American community.

There are many ways for you to belong - attend events, share your thoughts, and become an active member or BLACC ERG lead for your site! The BLACC ERG is open to all - join us!
