23-24 SPS Chromebook Agreement
Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

By receiving a SPS issued Chromebook, students and parents understand, and agree to, all of the expectations outlined in the SPS Chromebook Policy and Student Responsible Use Policy. This agreement is valid for the 2023-2024 school year.

Please fill out the following form and Chromebook Protection information.
If you have more than one student, please fill out one form for each student.

Chromebook Protection Plan *
The Stoneham Public School District offers families of students in grades 1-12 a Chromebook protection plan that insures district-owned Chromebooks issued to students. The protection plan protects each student’s Chromebook against repair costs associated with damage. 

The optional protection plan costs $20 and the preferred payment method can be made using this link.
 
If you need to pay by cash or check (made payable to Stoneham Public Schools), please bring payment to the secretary at your child's school. 

The deadline to register for the protection plan is October 1, 2023.
