Bruin Day for Freshmen Volunteers - April 15, 2023
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Bruin Day for Freshmen!  This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023.  We anticipate approximately 13,000 admitted freshmen students and their guests will visit the campus, and your help is vital to making this day a success.  

Bruin Day gives admitted freshmen students the chance to connect with current and future Bruins, discover diverse academic offerings, tour campus and explore on-campus housing, learn about student clubs and organizations and attend presentations. Our goal is to pack all UCLA has to offer into one spirited and unforgettable day. Volunteers will be assigned a variety of tasks that will ensure the event runs smoothly and gives guests the best possible UCLA experience.

STUDENTS, STAFF, & FACULTY VOLUNTEERS: Many campus departments, organizations and academic units are participating at Bruin Day. Please confirm if your department will need your assistance that day, before committing to volunteer with us.

Event Information
Volunteers may sign-up to work 1 or more shifts on Bruin Day. We ask that you please check-in 10 minutes prior to your shift's start time to receive your volunteer T-shirt, nametag, and assignment instructions. If you are available to work 2 or more shifts, you will receive a discount meal voucher redeemable at ASUCLA restaurants on Bruin Day.
