HOW TO ORDER:

ORDER 1 week in advance if possible OR AT LEAST, 3 days in advance.

FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE ORDER FORM. A copy will be sent to you automatically (check your spam folder). Please keep it!

WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24hrs. If we are ABLE to take your order, AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT to you for online payment processing. If there are issues with your order we will CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL.

PAY ONLINE THROUGH THE INVOICE ASAP or at the latest, by 5pm on the day prior to pick up. Only paid orders are placed and confirmed. If you change your mind and want to cancel, please notify us by email at
info@remipatisserie.com . For refund, cancellations must be made at least one week in advance unless otherwise stated.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER on the date you chose (or the date we have agreed on through emails). If you forgot the date of pick up, please check the copy of the order form you have submitted. More instructions on pick up is found on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a change in pick up date.
