This form is for children and young people who want to attend Sunday Children and Youth Groups. Please make sure you complete all the questions. If you want to know what groups we have you can find them below.

1st and 3rd Sunday of the month (11am):

Starter Church (3-5 years old)
Kids Church (6- 10 years old)
Youth Church (11- 16 years old)
