What makes someone an introvert or extrovert?
The difference between the two is how one gains or drains energy. Introverts are energised by moments of solitude while extroverts are energised by others. Introverts can find high stimulant environments rapidly draining while extroverts can struggle when in their own company for long periods. Ambiversion is a balanced mix of the two.
