The Strongher Blueprint (1:1 coaching) is an investment that includes personalized fitness and nutrition programming, structured weekly check ins with loom video responses, direct communication access throughout the week, access to a private client only app and community, quarterly progress assessment/goal planning calls via zoom, and so much more!

The time commitment I recommend will be based on the goals you would like to achieve and ranges from 6 to 12 months.

With that, the investment ranges from $350-$500 per month. I do offer other flexible payment options as well as a 10% discount for programs that are paid in full.
