You have reached the Shout Out submission page for Frozen.  Please complete the form and send a $10 payment (cash or check made out to Hadley PTA) with your child to rehearsal. (in an envelope clearly marked with Child's name and "Shout out").  

Shout out Deadline is March 13th

Below are some examples of Shout Outs (be sure to include your child's first name in the text of the Shout Out so they know which one is theirs)
