Due to the limit on the number of teams we can field for the Spring season, we have offered a waitlist for any divisions that are currently full.  Please complete the information below.  If space becomes available or another team can be created, we will contact you for next steps.  We will also contact you once registration closes and if we are unable to place you on a team.  Thank you for for interest.
