Description
In the virtual classroom, faculty wellness is essential for promoting student success. When instructors prioritize their own well-being in addition to the support of their college or university, they can create an environment that fosters emotional support, engagement, effective communication, adaptability, role modeling healthy habits, and supports both student and their own mental health. These factors work together to cultivate a positive learning experience and enhance students' chances of success in the virtual classroom setting.
