This survey is intended to be sent by local level administrators to farms and businesses that have qualified for listing in the Visit NC Farms App. Farms and businesses will fill out this form to complete their listing for the Visit NC Farms App. Answers will show up in a form compatible with the Import Form for Admins. Throughout this form, "Asset" refers to a farm, fishery, farmers market, local food and drink, or other types of business that will be listed on the app.
