Awareness Ribbon Request Form
The Raiders for a Cure Charity Softball Game serves as a way to recognize the many diseases, disorders and disabilities that people face everyday. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the American Cancer Society. For every $15 donated, we will provide an 8.5xll awareness ribbon to display on our Wall of Hope. On behalf of the student athletes of Southern Oregon University, we would like to thank you in advance for your contribution to our charity fundraiser!

**Please note, while SOU Softball is hosting this awareness event, Southern Oregon University WILL NOT be keeping any of the funds for our own benefits and ALL funds will be sent to the American Cancer Society via GoFundMe. Thank you!
