The Marketplace merchant fees are a nonrefundable/nontransferable $235.00 for a 10x10 booth space or $450.00 for 10x20 booth space. Only 3 -10x20 Booth spaces are available. Only 15 Spaces will be available.
Businesses will need to remit their full Marketplace merchant fee no later than May 3rd,2024 by 5:00pm EST. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture to participate.
The 4th Juneteenth Jubilee Black Party is an outdoor event, selected small businesses must be prepared to provide their own 10x10 canopy tent, up to 2 - 6 ft tables, and up to 2 chairs. This is a rain or shine event.
Eligible small businesses must identify as a majority owned Black-Owned Business
Merchants must be prepared to staff their booth with at least 2 representatives to ensure their booth is staffed for the duration of the events
Merchants must abide by the load-in & load-out times for set-up and breakdown. If they do not adhere to the scheduled assignment, their space WILL BE FORFEITED.
Merchants will not be able to switch assigned booth spaces once they’ve been designated.
The Event Team reserves the right to place Merchants in a booth location at the complete discretion of the staff of The Ke’nekt Cooperative. The Ke’nekt Cooperative shall have sole and complete authority to place the participant in any location contained in the Marketplace, irrespective of the merchant’s request.
Access to electrical outlets is NOT AVAILABLE . Merchant must be prepared to equip their booth with adequate power sources for the duration of the event.
Juneteenth Jubilee Block Party makes no representation, nor does it guarantee any volume of “foot-traffic” of Festival attendees in any area of the Marketplace. We cannot speculate, nor control, the popularity of one area of the Festival over the other.
