1. Speaker cannot be both a contestant in the Spring 2022 Toastmasters Contest and a Breakout Presenter
2. Speaker understands that there will be no financial compensation of speaker fees paid for participation in this event
3. Speaker understands that the content of his/her speech must align to at least one of the themes listed in the theme alignment question section of this form
4. Speaker must complete all required fields of this application form in order to be considered for this event
5. Speaker certifies that by submitting this completed form that he/she meets all the above listed Eligibility Criteria
