This team sheet MUST be submitted no later than the Friday at 4pm before the event.

Additional players can be added or changed if necessary to this team sheet up until 4pm on the Friday before the event date by emailing disciplinary@britishdodgeball.com, or by filling out a physical teamsheet on the day (but you should have already filled out this form initially). The event coordinator must be notified of any players not in attendance at the event but listed on the team sheet so they can be removed.

By signing this team sheet the team coach/leader agrees that each player in his/her team will abide by the rules and regulations of British Dodgeball and follow all instructions from British Dodgeball officials and staff at the competition. All players must be members of the team for which they are playing. Participation in any sporting activity is entirely at your own risk and British Dodgeball do not accept liability for any personal injury or loss/damage to property howsoever caused. The safety and welfare of juniors at the events is the responsibility of the coach/manager/parent or responsible adult who has brought them to the event.

British Dodgeball’s photographer may take photographs and videos of players at British Dodgeball events whilst competing in dodgeball matches. These photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes only. If you have any junior players whose parents do not wish them to appear in any photographs or videos, please indicate those individuals by emailing their name to alice@britishdodgeball.org. Parents and coaches are not permitted to film matches or take photographs of children other than their own as it is against our safeguarding policy
