Parts for the "Agnus Dei" will be available on August 1, all other parts are available now. To maximize the fun, please commit to practicing your parts ahead of time!

Reference recordings can be found for all pieces online and on the Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/325435724793508/

Please bring music stands, stand lights (if you've got 'em), layers for warmth in case it gets chilly, and personal water bottles. We'll provide chairs, stand clips, and sheet music. Sadly, due to permitting at OPL, this will be a dry event so we won't have beer for musicians. Make sure to join us for a pint afterward at Mad Oak (135 12th st.).

The sign-up deadline for all sections is Thursday, August 1. Once that has passed, expect an email from your Awesöme Ambassadors with specific info and part assignments later that week (check your spam filters if this is your first session). Email your ambassadors if you haven't heard back by Sunday, August 4. (Please be patient—they have a lot of information to collect before emailing everyone.) Their information can be found at www.awesomeorchestra.org/ambassadors
