Register to take part in a five-day land-based gathering, August 21-25, 2023 at Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre.

Registration & Accommodation Fees

After you have submitted your registration form, we ask that you submit your fees in full to guarantee your spot. You will be directed to an online payment form at the end of this registration.

If these fees would prevent you from coming, please request a bursary below and we will be in touch!
Limited funds are available to cover registration and/or travel costs, with a priority for youth and Indigenous participants.

If you request indoor accommodations we will provide you with a room at the Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre. If you request camping accommodations you can bring your own tent to stay outdoors at the Centre. All accommodations have access to shared washrooms.

Registration is $350/person + your choice of accommodations below. If you can help cover registration fees for another participant, we invite you to make a donation! *

Indoor accommodations, single room (1 single bed): $300

Indoor accommodations, double room (2 single beds): $400

Indoor accommodations, double room (1 double bed): $400

Indoor accommodations, family room, max 4 people (larger room with 1 double bed, plus up to 2 camp cots): $500

Camping accommodations (per person): $50

Make a donation to help offset registration fees for a low-income participant - your choice!

If you have requested a double or family room, please tell us who you will share a room with. Note that indoor accommodation fees are per room.

Travel

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre.

The program runs from breakfast at 8:00 am on Monday morning until our closing circle wraps up at 8:00 pm on Friday night.

Check in between 6:00 pm on Sunday, Aug. 20 and 8:00 am on Monday, Aug. 21 when our program starts.

Check out between 8:00 pm on Friday Aug. 25 when our program ends until 10 am on Saturday, Aug. 26.

If you are interested in carpooling we’ll do our best to connect you with other participants traveling from the same place.

We have a small amount of funding available to assist with the transportation costs of youth and Indigenous participants. Please tell us what help you need in the bursary question above.

Food & Accessibility

We will do our best to meet any needs you have around food and accessibility and will be in touch with you if we have any questions or are unable to fill your requests.

All meals and snacks are included in your registration fee, from Monday morning-Friday night, with optional snack on Sunday night for Sunday arrivals and optional breakfast on Saturday morning for Saturday departures.
