R.S. Alexander High School Band Boosters, Inc. 21-22 Application
We are looking forward to an exciting year in the Band at Alexander, which includes the marching, symphonic and concert bands. During the 2021-2022 year, our students will participate in as many activities possible to enhance their talents. With the changing restrictions, we are excited to open up more opportunities  for your students to perform this coming year, starting with the 2021 Marching Season!

We invite you to become a part of this exciting group by joining the AHS Band Boosters. Your annual membership dues will help to purchase music, maintain instruments and equipment, dry clean marching and concert band uniforms, and cover travel and other necessary expenses as our students pursue the joy of music.

There are multiple membership levels to choose from:

Platinum Patrons= $300
Gold Patrons= $200
Silver Patrons= $100
Bronze Patrons= $50

Family= $20
Individual= $10

Membership Responsibilities:
*We will ask that members provide someone to work concessions at two Varsity Football home games and one JV game. You will receive a credit that will go into your student's band account and your admission to the game and parking will be free.
 
*We will ask that members participate in and/or share fundraising opportunities for your students.  

*We will ask members to attend a monthly or quarterly Band Booster meeting.

Benefits of Membership:
*Early admission and reserved seating to concerts. The usher will proceed through the different levels in order: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Early admission will begin 30 minutes before each show and reserved seating will be marked  by patron level. Once all patrons have been admitted, general admission will be allowed into the auditorium. Platinum  patrons may have up to 10 people for early admission; Gold, 7 people; Silver, 5 people; and Bronze, 4 people.

*All patron levels will receive recognition in select programs and at various shows.

*All patron levels will be invited to attend monthly Band Booster meetings where you will get to speak into the process of running and maintaining a successful band program for your students including trips, fundraising, and events.

*Members who serve in the concession stand will receive free admission and parking, along with a monetary deposit into your student's band account.

A copy of R.S. Alexander High School Band Boosters, Inc. By-Laws is available upon request. Dues are non-refundable.
