Iowa Pandemic Recovery Reporting: Federal Awards
This form captures information on Federal Awards made to the State of Iowa agencies that are considered covered funds.  Covered funds are federal funds for the Coronavirus response, recovery efforts and related activities that were appropriated through one of the following acts:

  • The Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116-123).
  • The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (Public Law 116-127).
  • The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) (Public Law 116-136).
  • The Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act (Public Law 116-139).
  • The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260).
  • The American Rescue Plan Act, 2021 (ARP Act) (Public Law 117-2).
