Lodi High and Middle School students,

The School District of Lodi is monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and how it may impact instruction throughout our district. As a precaution, we are making tentative plans for a possible extended school dismissal and how we could continue to provide quality instruction remotely so we don't have to extend the school year into the summer. A prolonged dismissal would be an extraordinary scenario that would be based on information from public health authorities and the Department of Public Instruction. As always, the health and well being of our students, staff, and community is our top priority.

The purpose of this survey is to identify families that may struggle with connecting to the internet if instruction must be online for an extended period of time.
