Spot assignment is NOT done on a 'first come, first served' basis (please, read the criteria in the game guide:
bit.ly/tw-larp-guide).
Take your time to fill out this form. From the
17th of july to the 1st of September (15 days) all signup forms count the same.
Steps to participate:
1. Fill out the form with care (this will guarantee we can give you a proper character) - if you get a spot, we will send you an email to make the payment. If not, we will notify you that you are on the waiting list.
2. Make the first payment (or the full payment if you decide not to split in installments) within 72 hours - keep in mind different international banks might take longer to process your payment.
3. We will confirm the payment reception up to 72 hours after. Only if we receive your payment we will send you the character assigned.
4. We will send the character sheet up to 4-2 weeks before the event (but usually it will be earlier). Don't worry, your character assignment will come with a brief concept so you can prepare for the larp.
