Tafoya is committed to providing a safe, comfortable learning environment for all students.  Bullying incidents can be reported directly to a trusted staff member at your school.  This online form may also be used by any Tafoya student OR adult.  This form is to report either you, your child, or witnessing someone else being bullied.  We follow up on all reports of alleged bullying.

Once submitted, the investigation process will begin within 2 working school days. Keep in mind, this process can only be as thorough as the information provided.  You will receive a follow up regarding the incident with the number or email provided.
