All the nitty gritty details

1) The total cost will be ~$250-300pp, with a potential for a refund if a) more people sign up and/or b) we're able to keep food costs lower.
2) A deposit of $150 via PayPal at https://www.PayPal.Me/bffwhoa2020 (payable by credit card) is required to hold your spot. This helps us pay the deposit on the lodging.

3) Friday night will be a potluck dinner (with leftovers to augment Saturday lunch - crockpots are a plus!). All other meals will be provided as part of your registration fee.

4) Once we have a sense of who will be in the room, we will start figuring out equipment for the weekend, as well as potluck signups.

Rooms will be assigned based on the order your deposit is received. Deposits will be refunded if we can find someone to take your place. Reminder: this is a bunch of friends getting together for a fun weekend. We all share the risk and reward. Some of us share more risk than others, so be kind.
