League Joe Survey
Hey y'all, can you believe we've been doing this for over 5 years now?  It's nuts!

We were founded as the Fun league alternative to promote socialization, fair play, even matchups, and often copious consumption of adult beverages.  Our Draft System remains one of the most unique in the world and has done a good job spreading players out and creating new teams.  We now have traveling tournament teams made up of League Joe current and former players, and we have long term relationships, marriages, and even a couple babies thanks in part to what we do.

But we're seeing the culture shift a bit.  Even before COVID, there were less social gathering in-between games than in previous years.  And our social gameplay has given way to a more competitive style involving increasingly competitive players.  We've noticed that our coaches have figured out how to work the draft system and draft less on what position they need to fill and more on who they already know and who represents the best value for their salary cap number.  What used to be dugouts that were full of shots are turning into dugouts with grumblings about the opposing team's balls or whether or not they are using an illegal sub.

It's time to shake it back up, and re-capture some of that original magic and I hope you will help us do just that by answering this survey for us.  I'm not going to make decisions in a vacuum because truthfully, this isn't just about any individuals, this is about the community we've formed.  If I'm reading the tea leaves incorrectly and people are generally happy with a more competitive League Joe, then we'll adjust the rules and keep on trucking.  But if you find yourself wishing something about LJ was just a little bit better, now's your chance to tell us.

So grab a beer between games, pull out your phone, and finish up this survey tonight if you get the chance and let's use the Fall to experiment on some changes that the League Joe community thinks are essential to continuing the best damn beer league in Indy!

Thanks,
Smitty & Hobs
