SHS School Visit Request Form
Hello!  We are thrilled to have the opportunity to host your child for the day.  Please complete this form with as much detailed information as you are comfortable sharing so that we can provide a meaningful visit for your potential student.  Once this form is submitted, we will receive an email and someone from our office will be in touch to set up a visit.

The Springfield High School day starts at 8:00am and ends at 2:45pm. You will be responsible for providing or securing transportation to and from school. Your child can arrive as early as 7:45am and should report to the main office where they will be connected to the student and/or counselor responsible. While your student is here, they will be able to access our school lunch program for free or they can bring their own lunch. And lastly, please note that all visiting students will be expected to follow the rules and expectations of Springfield High School.
