MIND 101, The Practice of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, introduces participants to the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion.
MIND 105: Mindfulness in Daily Life assists participants to develop mindfulness practices that support their academic achievement and personal well-being.
These 3-unit courses meet Cal State requirements for Area E: Lifelong Learning. They also meet AA requirements for graduation from Fullerton College.
